This Contracted Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing Tier 1 support to EHR end users. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, configuring settings, maintaining EHR activities, and ensuring stable and fully operational EHR deployments within the client Electronic Health Record initiative. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with Oracle Health Millenium Cerner EHR.
  • 3 years of ServiceNow or similar ITSM experience.
  • 3 years of experience with hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
