This contract position is for a Serigor Inc. EHR Helpdesk Shift Lead. The Lead will be the senior technical expert for Epic-related issues within the centralized IT Helpdesk. They will resolve incidents, provide guidance to analysts, and ensure excellent support coverage for healthcare facilities.

Requirements

  • Serve as the highest escalation point for complex Epic-related incidents.
  • Provide expert-level support for Epic applications.
  • Monitor and prioritize ServiceNow ticket queues.
  • Coordinate with clinical informatics and application teams.
  • Oversee helpdesk operations during shift.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 3+ years of Epic support experience, ServiceNow proficiency, and healthcare operations knowledge. Highly Desired supervisory experience
