The Service Desk Analyst-Senior is the primary point of contact for customer incidents and service requests. This position provides technical support to users of IT systems, working under supervision. The role requires a high customer service orientation, strong troubleshooting skills, and expertise in ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies.
