Requirements

  • Solid understanding of ITIL practices
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in service operations or IT support function within a large, complex organisation
  • Exposure to outsourced vendor management and working across both in-house and third-party IT teams
  • Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools
  • Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory and common enterprise IT environments
