Requirements
- Solid understanding of ITIL practices
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in service operations or IT support function within a large, complex organisation
- Exposure to outsourced vendor management and working across both in-house and third-party IT teams
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools
- Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills
- Knowledge of technologies such as Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory and common enterprise IT environments
