Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, and create issues in Jira.
- Analyze ServiceNow data, Jira data, or other data to understand problems and risks.
- Work with Product Managers to provide solutions and recommendations.
- Create/update documentation for ServiceNow platform business processes.
- Evaluate and update ServiceNow content (Services, Knowledge Articles, etc.).

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in related field & 3+ years BA experience. 3+ years BA experience may substitute for 6 in a degree program. Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills are essential
