The Service Catalog Manager, Senior will ensure the Service Catalog aligns with business objectives and supports the organization's strategy, managing and maintaining the IT service catalog within ServiceNow, collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders, and implementing ITIL processes.
Requirements
- US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- 7+ years of experience in Service Catalog Management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, particularly in Service Catalog and Request Management modules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in process improvement, problem-solving, and change management
