Service Catalogue Manager job description: We are looking for a Service Catalogue Manager to develop and maintain a comprehensive service catalogue that accurately reflects current offerings. The role involves regularly reviewing and updating the catalogue, establishing and managing processes for creation and publication, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in service management or a related role
- ITIL certification (highly desirable) and experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow (a plus)
