Service Delivery Center - ServiceNow - Risk Transformation - Senior

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead project implementations and develop thought leadership on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, proficiency in Agile project management, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Certifications in Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-Risk and Compliance and CIS-TPRM), and Application Developer (CAD)
• Industry Certifications, including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master
• Experience with ServiceNow Next in UI design configuration, implementation, development, standard list/form/navigation updates, workflows, instance management, and creating tables and fields
• Experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies
