HEINEKEN is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for its Digital & Technology Team, a dynamic team within the Global Shared Services Center. This role involves driving transformation in international service delivery, influencing global standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency and business processes. Requirements

  • 1–3 years in IT Service Management within a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and service desk operations
  • Familiarity with ERP (SAP, S4HANA), Finance Platforms (Basware, ServiceNow), or Procurement tools (Zycus)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • ITIL4 certification (intermediate or Managing Professional)

Requirements Summary
