ServiceNow Technical Consultant

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support its growth in the ServiceNow Business Group in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and shaping the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, implementing functionalities to meet customer requirements, and working with business analysts and functional consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
• Relevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in consulting external customers
• Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working and/or frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL
• Strong experience in the full life cycle of Software Development
• Experience in system performance analysis and documentation
• Experience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules
• Mastering web technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, AngularJS with ServiceNow
• Scripting proficiency in ServiceNow Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Access Control, Validation Scripts, background scripts
• Expertise in creating and configuring tables, forms, lists, reports, workflow editor, email notifications and managing data under ServiceNow support & administration
• Expertise in writing test plans, test scripts, test cases and generating reports in defect report tools from the market
