Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical education or equivalent studies
• First work experience in the technical or commercial environment, preferably in the service management area
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Experience in the IT service business, especially with Cisco Systems is assumed
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification and service management process knowledge
• Knowledge of the following tools and processes: Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW & CCW-R), Smart Accounts and Smart Licensing, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics (NAV)
• Skilled use of MS Office
• Solution-oriented and customer-oriented action and good communication skills
• Good English and German knowledge in word and writing
• Class 3 driver's license
