Devoteam is a digital strategy consulting leader looking for a Service Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth operation of IT services in production environments.
Requirements
- Mastering ITIL 4 processes and proven experience in managing incidents, problems and changes.
- Good understanding of production environments: Mainframe, Systems, Middleware, Ordonnanceur, Network, Telecom, Cloud, Security.
- Mastering an ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Ability to produce and analyze quality of service follow-up indicators.
- Excellent written expression: for reporting and Post Incident Reports production.
- Appreciated knowledge in crisis management and transverse coordination.
