The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful execution of IT service projects. This role involves overseeing and managing project-based teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with project and organizational objectives. The position requires strong leadership, project management, and customer relationship skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- Greater than 10 years of experience in Service delivery in EUC, Networking, or similar IT managed services.
- Proven experience in managing projectized environments and IT service delivery.
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile (required).
- Expertise in project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall) and team management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams.
