We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to become the Run reference for our clients, ensuring complete production management, establishing a direct and privileged relationship with the client, and contributing actively to the strategy of industrializing RUN processes.

Requirements

  • Master ITIL 4 processes and proven experience in managing incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Good understanding of production environments: Mainframe, Systems, Middleware, Ordonnanceur, Network, Telecom, Cloud, Security.
  • Master of an ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
  • Ability to produce and analyze quality of service tracking indicators.
  • Excellent written expression: for the production of reports and Post Incident Reports.
  • Appreciated knowledge in crisis management and transverse coordination.

Requirements Summary

3+ years of experience in an operational management, delivery IT, or RUN management function, with a good mastery of English and experience managing a multi-actor or sensitive environment
