We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst at Bauer Systems KG in Hamburg. The role involves being the first point of contact for colleagues and customers, supporting them with IT-related issues, and contributing to the development of service optimizations.
Requirements
- Education in the IT sector or corresponding professional experience in the IT service desk/user helpdesk
- Very good knowledge of common Apple products including operating systems (macOS 10.x) or very good knowledge of common Microsoft products including operating systems (Windows 11)
- Strong service and quality orientation
- Knowledge of common hardware (printers, PCs, notebooks, Macs)
- Good to very good German knowledge, English knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent customer friendliness through clear communication with users of different technical knowledge
- Analytical and solution-oriented working method
- Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as team skills
- Knowledge of ticket systems like ServiceNow is an advantage
