We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst at Bauer Systems KG in Hamburg. The role involves being the first point of contact for colleagues and customers, supporting them with IT-related issues, and contributing to the development of service optimizations.

Requirements

  • Education in the IT sector or corresponding professional experience in the IT service desk/user helpdesk
  • Very good knowledge of common Apple products including operating systems (macOS 10.x) or very good knowledge of common Microsoft products including operating systems (Windows 11)
  • Strong service and quality orientation
  • Knowledge of common hardware (printers, PCs, notebooks, Macs)
  • Good to very good German knowledge, English knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent customer friendliness through clear communication with users of different technical knowledge
  • Analytical and solution-oriented working method
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as team skills
  • Knowledge of ticket systems like ServiceNow is an advantage
