We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support approximately 12,000 employees nationwide in their daily questions and problems related to IT.
Requirements
- Education in the IT sector or equivalent professional experience in the IT Service Desk/User Helpdesk
- Good knowledge of common Apple products, including operating systems (macOS 10.x), or good knowledge of common Microsoft products, including operating systems (Windows 11)
- Strong service and quality orientation
- Good to very good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of common hardware (printers, PCs, notebooks, Macs)
- Knowledge of ticket systems like ServiceNow is an advantage
