Hitachi Digital, a division of Hitachi Group, is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide expert guidance and support to users. This on-site position involves resolving technical issues, managing tasks using ticketing systems, and participating in IT projects. The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

  • At least one year experience in the same and similar position
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Intermediate knowledge of English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic network and directory services (AD, DHCP, DNS)
  • Basic mail troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Windows 11 and MacOS troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with identity and device management systems (Okta, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune, ServiceNow)
  • ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL practices
