Jamf is seeking a Technical Customer Support Associate to provide support for customers using their Jamf products and technologies. This is a full-time, night shift position (12-hour shifts, weekends and Bank Holidays) in Poland. The role involves troubleshooting, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer communication with a focus on first-touch resolution, and teamwork. Requirements

  • Fluency in English (B2/C1)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality
  • Basic technical knowledge and aptitude for learning new software
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
