Sopra Steria is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide first-line support to clients within a global shared service desk & monitoring environment. The role involves handling calls, emails, chats, and incidents, utilizing operating systems, MS Office, and ServiceNow. It requires adherence to ITIL best practices and a commitment to operational process improvement.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 10 & Windows 11)
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework
  • Experience handling international clients
  • Experience in IT infrastructure
  • Experience in Incident Management (ServiceNow)
  • Experience in handling international clients

Requirements Summary

Strong ITIL knowledge, proficiency in Windows/MS Office & customer communication skills are required. International client support experience is a plus
