The role requires expert-level guidance for critical contracting needs and provides access to powerful tools like GSA OASIS+, Seaport NxG, FAA eFAST, and 8(a) STARS III. This is a contract consulting position with the potential to expand based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, information technology, or equivalent experience
  • 9 years’ experience in helpdesk/desktop support
  • 3 years’ experience managing technical personnel
  • 2 years’ experience with ServiceNow platform, and M365 products
