The Service Desk Operator, Junior position at CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Junior Service Desk Operator to join their team to support their customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. The position is contingent upon award and requires a US citizen with active Secret security clearance.
Requirements
- US citizen with active Secret security clearance
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification (KSAT 1133)
- Ability to function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
- All relevant 8140 certifications
