Peraton is seeking a Service Desk Reporting Analyst to support their EITSI Service Desk operations. This role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing data on Service Desk information and metrics, preparing reports for internal staff and external customers, and ensuring data accuracy and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Setup queries and perform complex data analysis in ServiceNow and AWS.
- Produce reports and deliver to clients in professional manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain datasets.
- Perform data mining on complex data and multiple data sources.
- Develop and deliver sophisticated analysis products.
- Assist with special projects and maintain documentation.
- Obtain Public Trust Clearance or qualify for one.
