We are looking for a Service Desk Representative Sr. to provide technical support to end-users and manage access provisioning in a fast-paced, enterprise IT support role. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong technical skills in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other commonly used applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, enterprise IT support role
  • Strong technical skills in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other commonly used applications
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues in MAC, Windows desktop environments: Office 365 Suite applications
  • Experience with a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools, VPN and VDI environments, Citrix
  • Knowledge of Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
