Requirements
- Solid knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, Ivanti, etc.)
- Functional knowledge of the Service Desk environment and its KPIs (FCR, SLA, MTTR, etc.)
- Experience in designing or implementing solutions for Service Desk
- Ability to perform technical presentations to clients, both in person and remotely
- High level of English (minimum B2)
