Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, Ivanti, etc.)
  • Functional knowledge of the Service Desk environment and its KPIs (FCR, SLA, MTTR, etc.)
  • Experience in designing or implementing solutions for Service Desk
  • Ability to perform technical presentations to clients, both in person and remotely
  • High level of English (minimum B2)
