We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting users via helpdesk. Responsibilities include technical support, configuring software, resolving network problems, and collaborating with IT teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting users via helpdesk
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve incidents reported by end-users
- Nice to have knowledge of the ServiceNow system
- Knowledge related to user management services, such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365
- Practical knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN network issues
- Communicativeness and ability to work in a team
- Ease of establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
