Leidos is seeking experienced Service Desk specialists to join their team in Gaithersburg, MD. As a Service Desk specialist, you will work as an integral part of an Agile/DevSecOps team, collaborating with team members, customers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for protecting public health.
Requirements
- Be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Be local to the DC metro area for hybrid/onsite work
- Have a minimum of a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Experience with Service Desk tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, and Microsoft Office 365
