The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of services within the SIAM system, managing relationships with service providers, and monitoring resources and procedures. They will also develop control of IT service providers, document and report service performance, and serve as the central point of contact for escalations and service requests.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager
- Multiple years of experience in managing service providers, especially in a multiservice provider management environment.
- Knowledge of the SIAM concept
- Very good skills in intercultural cooperation
- Experience in integrating and managing services, with a focus on implementing and managing services in the SIAM framework.
- Very good skills in managing relationships with interest groups, leaders, colleagues, and external service providers.
- Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Good knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM module or comparable ITSM solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure services (Service Desk, Workplace & Collaboration, Cloud & Datacenter, Identity, Network)
- Comprehensive knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools
- Good German and English knowledge
