Requirements

  • Define and Document Requirements: Translate business needs into clear user stories and detailed documentation to support development efforts
  • Drive System Enhancements: Manage end-to-end enhancement processes, including requirement gathering, demonstrations, testing coordination, and deployment support

Requirements Summary

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Service Management portfolio, Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, strong exposure to Agile project delivery
