The Service Management Delivery Coordinator will analyze data to identify corrective actions and ensure adherence to Service Management processes. Requirements
- ITL 3.1 Foundation certified
- Working experience and/or knowledge of ITSM-systems like ServiceNow, Remedy or other systems preferred
- Eligible to be Danish Security cleared
- Fluent in Danish
