We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Implementation Specialist to drive the requirement gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role involves deep CMDB knowledge, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and ITIL best practices. The CMDB Implementation Specialist will work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate and responsive CMDB reflecting IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB
- In-depth knowledge of CMDB principles, data modeling, and ITIL best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow discovery tools, such as Service Mapping
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integration methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements Summary
