Requirements

  • 10-15 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial industry
  • Familiarity with reporting software, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and diagramming and project management software
  • ITIL and/or PMP certified
  • Ability to think out of the box and solve problems
  • Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, especially in the insurance industry
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
