Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial industry
- Familiarity with reporting software, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and diagramming and project management software
- ITIL and/or PMP certified
- Ability to think out of the box and solve problems
- Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills, especially in the insurance industry
- Ability to work independently and within a team
