Nexi is seeking a Service Manager to join their Europe-based team, focused on enabling Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to integrate with their modular payment platform. The role involves partner support, onboarding, documentation updates, and driver satisfaction. It's a collaborative role within an international team and offers growth and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service management, partner support, or customer success roles.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to write and maintain user-facing documentation (e.g. FAQs, integration manuals).
  • Fluency in English; additional Nordic language(s) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing and CRM tools (e.g. Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Requirements Summary

Service or partner support experience is key. Strong communication & documentation skills are needed. Fluency in English is required. Ticket/CRM experience preferred
