Requirements
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Configure and customize ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules to meet business requirements.
- Manage user roles, access controls, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Support upgrades and new module implementations.
- Provide training and documentation for end users.
Requirements Summary
