Service Now Architect

At SonSoft, we are seeking a Service Now Architect with at least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, ServiceNow, and Development/Configuration. The ideal candidate will have analytical and communication skills, project management experience, and a desire to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, CMDB & Service-Watch Skills
• At least 4 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Analytical and Communication skills
