This role involves identifying and resolving issues, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with ITSM methodologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Product Owner to improve customer solutions and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
