Service Now Developer, Mid

ServiceNow Developer, Mid: Work with ETSS teams to incorporate, support and ensure the accuracy of client computing environments ServiceNow CMDB discovery process. Build and maintain configuration management inventory, create self-service support articles, and ensure exceptional service at every customer interaction point.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
• Experience in developing with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with front-end frameworks, including React or Angular
• Experience in developing interactive web applications with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience with SQL syntax and queries and API development, including REST architectures
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems, Amazon Web Services, scripting languages, including Bash, and managing code using repositories or processes such as GitLab or GitHub
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date
