TE is seeking a Service Now DEVOPS ENGINEER to build and maintain the tooling and infrastructure used for automated release, deployment, and upgrade processes. This role combines software development, IT operations, and Agile methodologies, focusing on shortening systems delivery and providing a continuous delivery platform. The role involves designing solutions, researching common problems, implementing ServiceNow components, and offering technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10 years of IT experience
- 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow
- In-depth understanding of Enterprise Service Management processes
- Hands-on experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
- Experience with integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs
- Strong knowledge on Single Sign On, LDAP, Mid Server and automation using Integration Hub
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
