We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SERVICE NOW FUNCTIONAL LEAD (M/F), to join our Human Resources Technology Team. The ideal candidate will lead the functional design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and related modules across Otis’s global operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with an HR Technology platform like ServiceNow or Workday, with at least 1 year in a functional lead or business analyst role focused on that technology.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HR modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center.
- Proven experience in leading as a functional expert (HRSD experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
