The Service Now lead Performance analytics will provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution, including advanced configuration, scripting, and business rule development, flow designer, reporting and visualization, performance optimization, and hands-on ITSM applications configurations and design.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow - IT Service Management
- Advanced configuration, scripting, and business rule development
- Flow Designer: Workflow automation, business process design, and data analysis using ServiceNow Flow Designer
- Reporting and Visualization: Creation of dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Performance Optimization: Hands on ITSM applications configurations and Design
