Sr Staff Outbound Product Manager - Core Business Suite

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to support the outbound GTM strategy for their Core Business Suite, an AI-powered solution for HR, procurement, finance, facilities, and legal. This role focuses on defining product narratives, pitching the suite to enterprise executives, and building cross-functional roadmaps for success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, customer-focused, and strong in product strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years in outbound product management, GTM strategy, or product marketing principal roles
• Deep Enterprise Service Management (ESM) knowledge, especially ITSM, HR services, and cross-departmental workflows
• Proven ability to pitch complex SaaS solutions to CIOs and senior executives
• Strong collaboration experience with enterprise sales teams
• Expertise in packaging, pricing, positioning, and product differentiation
