We are seeking a Network Technician with 1-2 years of experience in managing and resolving LAN, WLAN, WAN, and Security services. The ideal candidate will have proven technical ability and troubleshooting skills, including network layer investigation.
Requirements
- Proven technical ability and troubleshooting skills, including network layer investigation
- Understanding of various protocols and their usage
- Experience with User Access Controls, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Active Directory (AD), setting up users, and managing permissions
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and document procedures and guidelines
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, MIST, Remedy)
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Experience with routers and switches from Juniper, Cisco, Teldat, and/or other manufacturers
- Experience in managing firewalls, proxies, and load balancers (Checkpoint, F5, TrendMicro)
- Valuable experience in PABX and VOIP
