We are looking for a Service Reliability Engineer to join our Global Command Center team in Gdansk, Poland. As a technology leadership role, you will be responsible for analyzing chronic and major issues, designing solutions, and providing incident response. You will also work on improving reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Good understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows administration
- Experience in working on any public cloud like AWS, Azure
- Proficiency in Java, Javascript, Python, Jenkins, ServiceNow, MSTFS/ADO, and/or Github
- Good understanding of database technologies
- Programming/Scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Powershell, Java / J2EE, HTML
- Experience working with logging tools (ex- Logstash and/or Kibana) and monitoring tools like Datadog
- Security
- Hands on experience in implementing an DevOps pipeline using Jenkins and the AWS CI / CD tool sets
- A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
