The role involves collaboration with various teams to automate processes, identify risks, and contribute to the design of innovative solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining technology, building tools, and collaborating on data analysis and reporting to drive improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years’ experience in IT with at least one Python

Requirements Summary
