Requirements
- Deliver timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
- Install, configure, and commission new access systems.
- Accurately complete work orders, installation documentation, warranty forms, and parts management in ServiceNow.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing technical advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and equipment upkeep.
