Silicon Labs is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to assist in the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, proficiency in ServiceNow modules, and strong scripting skills using JavaScript.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HAM, or ITOM, with basic knowledge of ITIL principles
- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript for ServiceNow development
- Experience with ServiceNow Implementations: Hands-on experience in at least 1-2 full ServiceNow implementations, including architecture, design, and development
- Integration Technologies: Familiarity with integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and JSON, as well as relevant ServiceNow tools such as Integration Hub
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
- Working knowledge of configuration management processes and tools
