Requirements

• Experience in ServiceNow implementation
• Development experience (approximately 7-12 years)
• Certification in ServiceNow CSA or CIS (plus any CIS)
• ITIL foundations certification a plus
• Knowledge of Service Portal, UI Builder, etc.
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics
