Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations background
- Demonstrated experience in Portal development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in developing and implementing systems, processes, and procedures
- Experience integrating different platforms and business applications
- Relevant ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS certifications
