As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the management, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to support the organization's business processes and IT service management strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on configuration and customization expertise.
- Extensive experience in workflow management and creation.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS).
- 8570/8140 certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA, etc.).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance
