ServiceNow Administrator

Workday is a company that values its employees and the environment. They are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in enterprise software application development and a deep technical knowledge of enterprise software application development and enterprise application integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Enterprise Software Application Development
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise software application development and enterprise application integrations (Salesforce, Apttus, MuleSoft/SnapLogic)
• Hands on experience troubleshooting technical issues on Salesforce platform end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers)
• Knowledge of IT service management tools and best practices(preferred)
• Self-motivated, flexible, teammate with proven multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to handle multiple and often changing priorities.
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and tackle sophisticated problems as well as provide documentation, mentorship and instruction to users.
