ServiceNow Administrator

Join Leidos UK & EUROPE as a ServiceNow Administrator. Responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, configuring modules, and automating workflows. Desired skills include ServiceNow Administrator Certification, experience with ITIL/ITSM principles, and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA)
• Additional certifications in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, etc.)
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with other IT service management tools
• Knowledge of database management and Maria DB
